All appointments must be booked online. A valid card is required to secure your booking.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
No walk-ins—all services are by appointment only.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Payment & Pricing
Pricing is based on time, technique, and product usage. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and overall needs.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, and Digital Payments (Venmo/Zelle). No checks.
Adjustments & Product Returns
No refunds on services. However, my goal is for you to feel confident and beautiful in your hair. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days to discuss a potential adjustment.
Retail product exchanges are accepted within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Color & Extensions
A consultation is required for all new color and extension clients.
Color transformations and corrections may take multiple sessions.
Professional at-home care is essential for maintaining color and extensions. I am happy to recommend the best products for your hair’s longevity.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. I appreciate your consideration in keeping the studio a healthy space.
Outside hair color, products, or tools are not permitted due to liability and quality control.
